We will make sure how much time we can take to complete our project(when you want to reach your goal), and how often we can spend our time for our actual practice.

I will take a role to manage our whole procedure includes time, venue, schedule adjustment, and practice modification. However, I am always open to discuss with your ideas and thoughts.

Manage

I believe “Consistence” is one of the most important keys to succeed. I will always avoid having too much loads in our practice. We will try to find as well as have proper adaptation, so that we will progress with appropriate manner.

Passion

I will assist you with all my enthusiasm toward athletics as well as running. I will try to make our challenge enjoyable!

Devotion

Since I will share your goal, your goal is “our goal”. As a role of coach, I will spend my best of effort as much as I can in order to reach our goal all together.

Continuation

We will take our time to see what we have and what we don’t, then continuously keep working our agenda. Let’s stay healthy together, and push forward as well as exceed our limitation.

  My Concept of working with my client:

 

  We drive a car together, you sit on the driver’s seat, I sit on the passenger seat. You have the key, you grab the handle, you step on the pedal, also you can pull over.

 

I can assist and navigate you from the closest place, but all intension is in your mind and all the control is in your hand.
